For World Peace Day on September 21st, 2018 we’ve partnered with Unify.org to host a gigantic DDP in Vancouver as part of their Global Unification Project.
For years, Unify has been rallying millions of people worldwide for record-setting global synchronized meditations, acts of compassion and conscious celebration events.
Its organizers recently discovered the DDP and immediately recognized its awesome potential to unify people across the globe and literally “Wage Peace” via coordinated FM radio-powered celebrations.
Unify has 27,000 community event organizers in 190 countries ready to activate, a massive social media presence that reaches hundreds of millions every World Peace Day and the architecture to help the DDP go truly global!

But that’s not all!
To take the Party to the Next, Next level, we’ve ALSO partnered with our favorite local radio station: Vancouver Co-op Radio CFRO, which will give us a massively expanded broadcast range that can unite the ENTIRE city in joy and celebration!

Four separate Parties will move to map out a giant peace sign in Vancouver’s downtown core, converge, then break up into smaller groups to venture out and Party with as many new friends as possible. Then we will converge again and switch from the CFRO broadcast to our portable FM transmitter for a traditional DDP that will conclude the night with an epic finale!
This historic event will be streamed live worldwide using the revolutionary new Stage Ten social broadcast technology being implemented by Unify for the first time this year.
And we’ll also be filming for an epic short film that intends to inspire thousands of independent FM-radio powered Parties for World Peace Day 2019!

HOW A MOBILE (DECENTRALIZED) DANCE PARTY WORKS:
You carry a boombox and the DJ has an FM radio transmitter. All the boomboxes are tuned into the DJ’s master FM broadcast, resulting in a mobile, synchronized sound system!
This Open-Source Party roams the night, generating complete awesomeness, street by street and block by block, onto buses and subways, into public fountains and beyond. Together, we create an infectious epidemic of fun. A roaming Party adventure that lasts all night long!

THE THEME: Capital-P Partying
The DDP’s prime objective is “Partying by elevating consciousness” (rather than destroying it) AKA Capital-P Partying. And since we’re Partying in Canada’s CAPITAL for the first time, it’s only befitting that the theme follow suit.
And so!
This Party is all about creating and sharing as many unique and fun elements as possible- costumes, props, vehicles, projectors, lights, sounds, smells dance routines, etc. We want everyone to bring their own, innovative persona to the Party, to see what manifests when a Decentralized community of diverse minds comes together to Party.
The only rule is: get as crazy and elaborate as possible.

DDPs are hosted exclusively in public spaces and we take great pride in creating the most inclusive Parties possible. EVERYONE, of every AGE, BACKGROUND and STYLE is 100% welcome and will be accepted with open arms and high-fives.
People show up to DDPs with their kids and parents all the time. Homeless people join in wherever we go. Even the police often participate. It’s all good. The more diversity the better.
In a time when much of the world is polarized and divided, “Capital-P Partying” represents a rare Common Goal that can instantly unite everyone it encounters.
Music is the universal human language, dancing is the universal human movement, and Partying is the Universal Human Identity!

Just arrived back from #BurningMan, and a week that was truly historic and inspiring. Together, 49 of planet earth’s most brilliant and driven individuals created Camp Decentral and ran a speaker’s series called “Dialogues On Decentralization“.
The turnout and response was tremendous, and even before our talks, nearly everyone we met was already turned on to #Blockchain tech and the Greater #Decentralization Revolution…
This is definitely “an idea whose time has come” and the numberless friendships and alliances formed in that dusty vortex of creation and intention will certainly increase our capability to successfully wage this revolution immeasurably!
A “Battle Plan For World Peace” is rapidly taking form, and in the coming months, we’ll be laying the groundwork for a Global Movement that is Truly Unstoppable.
